Ilmanaf terbit sebanyak dua edisi pada setiap tahun atau volume. Ia terbuka untuk naskah-naskah baik berupa penelitian dan review buku dalam disiplin Psikologi Islam. Secara metodologis, naskah-naskah berupa penelitian pustaka, survey dan eksperimental dapat dipublikasikan di Ilmanaf.</p> <p>Ilmanaf terbuka untuk naskah-naskah di berbagai bidang berkaitan dengan Psikologi Islam meliputi:</p> <p>1. Emotional intelligence is one of the factors to achieve success in the future. Goleman's concept of emotional intelligence consists of: 1) the skills to recognize or understand one's emotions, 2) the skills to control one's emotions, 3) the skills to motivate oneself, 4) the skills to empathize with others and build relationships. The Qur'an as a guide to life has verses that implicitly examine emotional intelligence related to feelings in humans, including joy, jealousy, love, anger, praise, hate, sadness, and others. Al-Quran has another name Al-furqon which is guidance, showing ways to manage emotions in an Islamic way. This article aims to develop Daniel Goleman's concept of emotional intelligence in the perspective of Islamic psychology contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The method used is qualitative with the type of literature review. The results show that Goleman's concept of emotional intelligence is contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah and it is harmonious with the concept in Islamic psychology perspective</p> Fitri Feliana Subandi Subandi Wildani Khoiri Oktavia Copyright (c) 2022 Ilmanaf: Journal of Islamic Psychology 2022-12-30 2022-12-30 1 1 Pengaruh Religiusitas terhadap Kecemasan Menghadapi Kematian pada Penderita Diabetes <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat religiusitas dan kecemasan menghadapi kematian Penderita Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas Sidomulyo, Wates – Kediri. Serta seberapa besar pengaruh religiusitas terhadap kecemasan menghadapi kematian pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas Sidomulyo, Wates – Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 60 penderita Diabetes Mellitus yang terdaftar BPJS di Puskesmas Sidomulyo. Alat pengumpulan data berupa skala psikologis, yaitu skala religiusitas yang disusun sendiri peneliti/modifikasi berdasarkan dimensi religiusitas dari Stark dan Glock dan skala kecemasan kematian yang merupakan hasil penerjemahan dari Death Anxiety Scale-Extended (DAS-E) oleh Templer, dkk. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, didapat nilai koefisien sebesar -0,781. Dengan skor signifikan 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari (&lt;) 0,05. Karena skor korelasinya negatif (-), maka korelasinya bersifat negatif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan kecemasan menghadapi kematian.</p> Lu’lu’ El Jannah Tatik Imadatus Sa'adati Khaerul Umam Copyright (c) 2022 Ilmanaf: Journal of Islamic Psychology 2022-12-30 2022-12-30 1 1 Al-Basyar: Landasan Ontologis Biopsikologi Perspektif Islam <p>The marriage of two positivistic sciences, namely psychology and biology, has given birth to the discipline of biopsychology which was later touted as the pinnacle of human mental and behavioral sciences. In the last two decades, biopsychology has enjoyed a major academic stage across the globe with the involvement of various professions and scientists, from psychologists, biologists, doctors to neurologists with a penchant for Western empiricism. Unfortunately, behind the rapid development, modern biopsychology contains a perspective that completely rejects the spiritual element of humans. This has caused modern biopsychology to forever fail to reveal humans holistically. This research will reveal al-Basyar's ontology that was born from thematic readings about humans in the Qur'an. Through the elaboration of the concept of al-Basyar, an ontological basis for biopsychology with an Islamic perspective will be revealed. However, not all couples are given because infertility. In such condition, couples can follow modern assisted pregnancy program namely in vitro fertilization (IVF). The probability of success 20-50%, but the failure possibility is also big. It causes a psychological problem if there is no submission and sincerity to accept that destiny. This study aims to determine the attitude description of tawakal in women who participate in repeated IVF program. The research method used descriptive qualitative, participant selection with purposive sampling technique, and the data thematically analyzed. In general, respondents who showed an attitude of tawakal such as belief in Allah, surrender, sincere and pleasure, good prejudice towards Allah admitted that they feel calmer and more peaceful undergoing the IVF program. However, respondents who less surrender and sincerity also tend to depend on favorite doctors and hospitals admitted feeling stressed and anxious undergoing the IVF program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> Herliyana Isnaeni Copyright (c) 2022 Ilmanaf: Journal of Islamic Psychology 2022-12-30 2022-12-30 1 1 Menyibak Konsep Happiness dalam Tataran Teori dan Praktik <p>Happiness is a required condition for subjective well-being. Happiness that contains the meaning of life in the real world is a condition that is expected by all parties to be carried out in harmony, both intrapersonally and interpersonally. Western modern psychology and Islamic psychology highlight happiness from various points of view which the authors elaborate in a complementary analysis. Happiness, which was examined carefully by Western psychologists, which later emerged as the main discussion of positive psychology, refers to the verses of the kauniyah concerning happiness with its various components and variations. Islamic psychology examines happiness by verifying every phenomenon experienced by humans in the world by referring to the Qur'an and Hadith as a source of knowledge as well as a blueprint for Muslims throughout the world. It is hoped that the stability of the balance of worldly and ukhrawi individuals which has an impact on the stability of the body and spirit is expected to always be maintained towards the achievement of subjective well-being which is always happy with good morals and happiness with the greatest benefit for fellow human beings.</p> Elfi Yuliani Rochmah Moh.
